My top 10 pieces of fitness advice!
If I could offer some of the most important advice that will make all the difference in your fitness…
Imagine being fully confident in your body, from the inside out! Finally overcoming bloating & digestive health issues, & shedding the mental, emotional, and physical weight that has ultimately been keeping you stuck. Wouldn’t it be amazing if you were able to start feeling more positive daily, excelling in your job, feeling sexy in your clothes, and just showing up as your most powerful, boss babe, self in all areas of your life?! If you’re thinking “this could never be me, Caryn”, listen, I feel you. Girl, I’ve been you! Rewind, 10 years ago, I had gone back and forth with trying, literally, every diet fad and yo-yo diet in the books, because at the time, I didn’t know any different! I dealt with chronic bloating and digestion issues that, at times, made me feel so fatigued and self-conscious that I didn’t’ even want to leave the house.
What changed? Honestly, I simply said “enough is enough”. Like I tell my clients, if you keep doing the same things you’ve always done, you’ll keep getting the same results you’ve always gotten. Luckily, given my background in psychology, I was able to maintain a strong mindset through what was one of the most challenging times in my life, but that’s not to say that dealing with weight, digestive, body confidence issues all at once was easy! If you can relate, I know you know how tough it is!
However, it propelled me into finding my true passion and purpose, into healing my own mind, body, & life. I repaired my own relationship with food, debunked diet myths and fads, beat chronic bloating, & healed my gut health issues, and ultimately found a sustainable way of living and eating, so that
I can now live in a body in LOVE for LIFE
Fast forward to the present moment, I am the happiest & healthiest I have ever been. I have my energy back, my body back, and most importantly, my life back!
As a certified nutrition coach and digestive health specialist, I now have the pleasure of teaching women all over the globe how break through these challenges once and for all, to ditch the yo-yo cycles & finally feel freedom around food. I teach women how to achieve a healthy, sustainable approach to health & fitness so that they can live confidently in the healthy, happy body they deserve for life. EVERY WOMAN deserves this feeling! And so do you!
